- Order deadline: Enrolment should take place as soon as possible, but must take place no later than 3 weeks before the course starts.
- Age limit: You must be over 18 years old to participate.
- Travel insurance: All participants must provide their own valid travel insurance to cover their stay.
- Language level: No prior knowledge is required to participate in Course A.
- Registration and payment: Your place in the course is reserved once booking is confirmed and payment has been received in full.
- Cancellation and refund:
- In the event of cancellation more than 61 days before the start of the course, the 80% amount will be refunded.
- In case of cancellation between 60 and 30 days before the start of the course, 50% of the course fee will be refunded.
- If cancelled less than 30 days before the start of the course, no refund will be given.
- Non-attendance is not considered a cancellation.
- Please note that exchange rate fluctuations may affect the refund amount.
- Changes from our side: Leif Norway reserves the right to make minor changes to the course program if necessary. In an important event, for example illness or force majeure, courses may be rescheduled or canceled. In the event of cancellation on our part, the entire course fee will be refunded.
- Liability: Leif Norway is not responsible for participants' travel, insurance or other expenses outside of the actual course participation. Participants are responsible for having valid identification and insurance, and for attending the course at the right time and location.
- Language and communication: Teaching is conducted in Norwegian and adapted to the participants' level. We otherwise communicate in Norwegian, German or English - and you can always contact us if anything is unclear..
- Travel insurance: We recommend that you take out appropriate travel insurance in your home country. This will protect you against financial loss if you are unable to attend for an unforeseen reason. We can provide you with a recommendation upon request.
